Any way to restrict Calendar view to not include the body text?

I’m new to Notes/Domino and a bit confused where to look for answers, so I ended up here. We are just rolling out an upgrade to 7.0.2 from v5 and moving everyone to Web Access. We decided to have a calendar for each facility to schedule corporate visitors, etc and let users see those facility calendars through the group calendar views. As it is now, they see the meeting with the time and meeting subject. If they click on it, they get a new popup window with the Body also shown. Is there a way to disallow users from seeing the body?

Some further background info:

The purpose is to allow us to have a calendar that shows we are having a meeting on “Project X” but not let anyone see any details other than subject and time. Not being too knowledgeable about the right way to do Notes, the approach we took to have these “shared” calendars is to create a users called, for example, “FacilityOneCalendar”, “FacilityTwoCalendar”, etc. To schedule a meeting that goes on #1’s calendar, we invite FacilityOneCalendar. It gets autoprocessed and shows up. All our employees can see the calendar through their group calendar view and know ProjectX is meeting. Those people who were invited to the meeting can read their own calendar to see the details such as who else is invited and body notes. So far, wanting to limit access to details about meetings is the only issue we have with this approach. But… we are willing to change the way we do things if we really went about it the wrong way. Any comments are appreciated. We have no experience with Domino design programming, but are willing to get our hands dirty. We’d just like a hint on where to start.

Thanks for all your help!
