What? What do you want to know? How to use @VIndex? See help - as I recall, it’s pretty good.

The MS Excel equivelent? Try VLookup

Something else? Rephrase your question.

Just curious, what do you do for a living? Your posts have you trying to move IT strategy, install servers, build gigantic dbs, writing code, saving the world…and now convert 123 sheets to Excel.

How many people do you work with? What is the scope of your work? How many servers are in your system? How many apps have your created and/or maintain? How many helpers? How long have you been doing whatever it is you do?

Subject: Any expert on @Xindex formula in 123?

The nearest equivalent I can find on @Xindex in Excel is @Index, but it is not as powerful as @XIndex in 123, vlookup and hlookup only search for either horizontal or vertical, Vindex can look for intersection of both vertical and horizontal.

as for your other question, maybe we can write in directly soon :). I really like your contribution and have came across many of your good posting in sandbox, me really envy you.

I think that is the power of notes, it does not require a very sophisticated IT architecture/ programmer, one can learn it at his / her convenience. Sadly, IBM’s rep here failed to kept their largest customer at this region, so they are migrating it soon to Sharepoint. Me going to meet the IT manager soon, really curious to know what are they selling in Sharepoint, maybe web-based, but I hate web interface, data sometime get lost if we don’t save it in time. As for development and reporting feature, isn’t that very much depend on the programmer side?

Thank you.
