Another ID Vault question

I have set up a test ID Vault and added reset authorities. Now, I want to remove one of them. However, when I manage the reset authorities and click on the name to be removed (on the right hand side), the Remove button is grayed out. How do I remove a name, if it ever becomes necessary?

Subject: SPR # NEKO7LLRVP, fixed in 8.5.1 (workaround for 8.5 below)

Workaround for 8.5 is to delete the password reset certificate for that user in the Security/Certificates/Certificates view of the Domino Directory.
