Sorry for posting another one of these! Ive searched and couldnt find anything useful…
One of our users is having trouble viewing HTML emails, the images come up as red crosses.
When i open her database in 6.5.1 they view fine, as do they if i open them in 6.0.1 on another machine. I dont really want to reinstall Notes to resolve it, is there anything i can do?

Do you have a Proxy server ? Have you configured the proxy server in the user’s location document ?

No we dont have one.
Subject: This is goofy, but you need to have a “Personal Web Navigator” database.
To get one, edit your location, Select Notes as the browser, open one of those mail messages, then edit the location again, change back to IE or Netscape. You should now be OK.

Ok that seems to have done something but now its saying ‘cannot open the web navigator database’
Any ideas? Ill have a quick search here…
