Annoying Highlighted Keyword Text - HELP!

Hi,When I search for a document in a database using a keyword I have noticed that when you open this document Notes highlights the keyword everywhere that it is found in the document. This is useful BUT when I print the documents, usually in black, the highlighted area still displays over the keyword. As you can imagine when I print in black the keyword that is highlighted within the document becomes blacked out because of the highlighting and it looks very unprofessional. Is there any way that I can turn off the highlighted text feature within the search or in the print options somehwere. I have just had to start using lotus after many many years of working with MS Office and I’m still trying to find my way round.

Any help would greatly appreciated at this is driving me nuts.

Thanks in Advance

DM

Put a checkmark next to the document, then clear the search. I just tried it and it seems to work.

Thanks for that Doug, I placed a checkmark next to document I want to view within the search results, however when I clear the search results (Which I assume if what you meant by clear the search) I loose the document I want to open and it goes back to viewing all documents within the database? Maybe I’m just doing something wrong. DO I have to expand all the document trees before searching?Any Other Ideas?

Thanks Again
