After upgrading our server and clients to release 8 (8.0.2) we have problems with e-mails from one of our customers. The e-mail normally contains a table in the body with multible rows and columns and we need this layout to print. When we open these e-mails in previous versions of Lotus Notes clients (same mailbox, same template and same Domino 8.0.2 server) the layout is correct. However, in Lotus Notes 8 the table in the body only shows two long columns. The client shows the message “an error occurred while formatting. Press ESC to close window”. We have compared all the client settings with a Lotus Notes 7 client, but the problem still exists. How can we solve this problem?

I see the same issue/error when trying to open a internet message (html format) in the 8.x (8.0.2) client. Mail template can be either either dwa7 or Std8Mail.
The email can be seen fine in the 7.0.3 client.

I found out our problem was solved using the Lotus Notes 8.5 client!
