An error has occurred

One of our users gets the very helpful message ‘An error has occurred. See error log for details’

The error log from Help>Support>View Log has various lines which I’ve copied below.

I’ve completely reinstalled Notes on the machine but the error still happens, it just pops up every now and again, no pattern obvious. Any insight welcome.
