I work as an IT Technician but cannot solve this problem:
A user has created a MS Office database library which holds excel spreadsheets. When opening spreadsheets from our MAIL server these open fine, with no errors.
But when the Library database is replicated and an excel file is opened, an error occurs:
“An error has occurred when processing a request on an object”.
The spreadsheets do not open properly and do not display the data properly. Have tried to replace design with Microsoft Office Library, and also removing encryption.
Still no joy.
Does anybody know what the issue might be?
I would appreciate any help as the library belongs to our Director and other directors are using this.
