Ampersand in OU part of the notes name

We have a number of people in the address book that contain & in the OU part of their Notes name.

I think the proper fix for this is to recertify those users to use ‘and’ instead of ‘&’ in the OU part. However this seems to be a major job according to the administrator.

I am not an administrator - how difficult it is to recertify a few hundred people? Does it have to be done individually?

You can rename all users in one operation. Just be sure to not select the inspect each entry option.
