I job share with a co-worker. I’d like to automatically copy them on every email that I send. I’d like it to be BCC if possible but it does not have to be.

As stated, the only way to do it on replys is to modify the reply form in your mail file.
Otherwise, you could just create an agent to forward “new” sent messages to your co-worker every 5-30 minutes.

You should have designer access to modify your mail box. Look for Memo form and update the default value as your co-workers mail id with in quotes for BCC/CC fields. This should bring you co-workers name everytime you open a new memo or forward a mail. Only disadvantage is, all received mails also will show their name in BCC.
