There are so many things wrong here that I don’t really know where to start - but I’ll try.
The @DocNumber can never be used in any calculations. Effectively this means that you can’t find out which row color to compute in a view.
I assume this is a ‘Treat view as HTML’ although you didn’t mention that, otherwise you’d just use the standard alternate row setting in the view.
The % sign can’t be use for Modulo operations in @Formulas, you must use the @Modulo function for that. But since you can’t use @DocNumber, you are stuffed anyway.
If you really, really must have the ‘Treat view as HTML’ property set, you can get the alternate line background colors sorted, but only by using JavaScript.
You will have to create a $$ViewTemplate for your view and have a JavaScript function there that set the color.
This is a bit lengthy to explain so I’ll simply give you a link to a demo-database I created in conjunction with an article in ‘The View’.
