Allowed Relaying

Hi guys,

Boss just bought a scanner that can send emails directly after it is scanned so when a user clicks the scan button it gets scanned and emailed to a scan database that everybody has access to. At least thats what he wants me to do.

Where do I go in the admin client to allow all smtp connections from a spesific IP address on our internal network? I do not want to open up the server for relaying, but if I can give the local network or a spesific internal IP access I would be very happy.

Subject: Allowed Relaying

Set up the scan database as a “Mail-in database” and use an internal Notes address (if possible). This will eliminate the need for relaying and exposing yourself to a lot of unwanted spam.
