Allow connections to external databases using DCR's greyed out?

HiWhen I go to DB Properties this is greyed out…hope not too much of a stupid question.

Subject: Allow connections to external databases using DCR’s greyed out?

You must first create a “database connection resource”. Open Domino Designer > Shared Resources > Database Connections.

You can then open the database properties box for that option.
