Allow an email address that got blacklisted

I have a user who send email from his hotmail account to users in my organization. When ever he sends email it bounces saying that hi mail server has been black listed. I do not want to take out that black list as it has been very effective to date. Is there a way to allow emails from this email address to bypass the blacklist? Please let me know. Much appreciated.

Add his address to the private whitelist. This feature was introduced in Domino 7.0.

In R6, the only option is to add the sending server/domain to the relay whitelist. Note that doing so is NOT, I repeat, NOT recommended by those whose advice should be heeded; see this thread:
