Joking aside please can you give us a bit more information.
Is the server clustered etc.
Does the DB replicate unread marks.
Have you changed ID
anything would be helpful
This is because we can guess what might be wrong or we can have an educated guess to what might be wrong.

is it the reason when u rename or recertify User’s OU?
Mails from the specific period have become unread but rest remain read.

YES the rename could cause the issue. This is because the ADMINP process is meant to change the UNREAD MARKS to the new name. Check the ADMIN4.nsf and see if there a break in the rename process. ie that part of it failed.

Without knowing more details, here is all I can offer:
Select the documents which show up as unread (although they may have been read previously), then press the [INSERT] key on your keyboard. That will toggle them between read and unread.
Reasons this happen? It could be that your Client disconnected from the server and didn’t update the unread marks, or a replica overwrote your unread marks.
