HELP - Can’t go home until I can fix this as we are getting auditted tomorrow!! I have taken an old database and created a new one with the same field names plus a lot of new ones. I have copied the original docs in and I have run agents to change their form to the new form name . Everything looks fine on local until i replicate to a server. The all views show no documents - even an all docs view with no selection formula on it. A categorised view still showes catagory headings but the twisties don’t show anything when expanded. Also once I have created a replica on the server the local replica exhibits exactly the same behaviour. I have tried everything I can think of and am desperate - has anyone got any idea atall? Oh by the way the document count on the server copy still shows the correct number of documents! I have repeated the whole process umpteen times and on different servers but every time the same resukt - the documenbts just disappear. I would be so grateful for any help, thanks, Anne
Subject: Readers field
It looks like you have a problem with some Readers field in your new form. If you have some, did you check “Multivalue” option in it?
Subject: Role issue
Or, the Readers field refers to a role name which is not present (or doesn’t have the same membership) in the new NSF’s ACL.

Subject: Thanks but had to re-do
Many thanks to both of you for you help. Unfortunately there were no users fields on the db. I am wondering if I at some stage created a local replica that was encrypted and this caused issues - but it didn’t seem to matter what ID I used - mine or another - still got the same result. I also thought it could be to do with changing the form name. In the end, I started again, kept the original form name and copied in all the elements - and all worked fine. MOst odd!!
