My “all document view” is only keeping mail for the past 30 days. Other people’s “all document view” are fine.
Please help.

Do you have an archive process enable to archive/delete mail older than 30 days?
In Mail:
Actions > Archive > Settings
Subject: RE: all document view
No.
Enable Archiving is not checked.
Subject: all document view
What about under replication settings/space savers:
Remove documents not modified in the last xx days?
Subject: RE: all document view
Looked at that and it is not set.
