A couple of our users have noticed that the Alarm Notification Popup is not working in XP if another application has the focus. If you are in another application, the button in the Windows taskbar “lights up” when the alarm “goes off”, but the popup window does no interrupt the user. Is there a setting that needs to be set to get this working?
