Here is the scenario…
A user has a Lotus Notes Client on a laptop. They also have a blackberry.
During long periods of not working on the laptop, they put the machine in sleep mode. (leaving the Lotus Notes Client running). They receive an alarm on their blackberry and if the client were up, it would be on the client too.
When the user returns to their laptop, they take it out of sleep mode. The alarm dialog box has a tab on the taskbar in Windows, but it cannot be accessed or seen. When you click on the Lotus Notes Client taskbar tab or the Alarm taskbar tab, the computer doesn’t respond.
The Lotus Notes Client has to be restarted in order to use it again.
Any ideas on what this might be?
