Agents problem...waiting for solution..pls respond

Dear all…there are some sch agents which are extracting data from oracle apps and exporting the data to excel file and to be mailed…

this is working perfectly…

problem is, they are taking Back up evry saturday from that oracle database… these agents are not running after that back up. If i change the agents to another database… these are scheduling perfectly…

i thnk there is some prob with back up…

or may be some other…

How to overcome of this problem…

really, its became i big problem changing the agents to another databases…

Instead of moving the agents to another database, have you tried to disable the agents first and then enable again?

Also, try to put some messageboxes or print statements so that you can know what exactly is happening in point of code.

hi phani…i tried that already…

and i also used the print statements…

when i enable the agent i found the msg in the log that…
