Agents not sending links in mails

hi friends ,

I have a agent for my CEO , that all incoming mails will be forwarded to his external domain id , mail transferring is good

but any mails having link or hotspot EX for website it is not highlight as it comes as plain text and he cannot click on it.

help me as do not have ideas about agents

Hi,

You need to specify more about your problem / agent.

  1. When is it triggered?

Do you really need an agent if all email is forwarded to an external address. Look at the forward field in the person document in the Domino Directory (names.nsf).

  1. Is it internal notes mail routing or is it external mail routing? E.g SMTP mail routing.

The person document handles how the mail is converted depending on step 2 above.

The server configuration document sets how the SMTP mail conversion is handled.

Please provide more info and I’ll try to help you out.

The agent triggers when new mail arrives, all incoming mails

is send to his external email id (which is also a lotus mail server)

what is difference in mail send by auto forwarding agent and

by forwarding address?

if i edit my location and send mail to CEO domain in MIME format , the link are clickable , but not when send in Notes Rich format it is not
