I have an agent that was originally coded in an earlier version of notes (6.x I believe). Our system admins recently upgraded to Lotus Notes 8.5 and I’m now not able to view the agent.
I can see the agent listed, but when I double click it to see the code, nothing happens. This happens for some but not all of the agents (all agents were written in the same version of notes).
I’m lost on what to do. Any and all suggestions are gladly welcomed.

Subject: Problem with the Client – reinstall
I had the same problem yesterday. It occurred after changing my Windows User authority on my laptop. Somehow, it messed up my Notes Client as well.
The effect was that I could not see any scripts in either Agents or Script Libraries, but I could see scripted Document Events.
When making a new Agent, I could enter script but could not Save it.
The problem was solved by reinstalling my Notes client.
