Agent using ModifiedDate

Okay, not sure what I’m doing wrong here. I have a field that I run a nightly agent on called Today_1.

FIELD Today_1:= @Adjust(Today;0;0;-90;0;0;0); SELECT

@True

Then I run another agent to send a reminder e-mail out to ‘Manager’ of the documents that have not been modified in over 90 days.

SELECT Form=“X”:“y” & t_status!=“delete” & (“ModifiedDate” <= “Today_1”);

@MailSend(Manager;“”;“”;subject;“”;body;[IncludeDoclink])

I checked the document properties and the fields are filling out appropriately.

The problem is that the agent is send the e-mail on every document, not just the ones that have not been modified in the last 90 days.

I’m not very savvy with Notes formula language so please speak slowly : ).

Don’t put quotes around field or variable names.

(“ModifiedDate” <= “Today_1”);
