Agent Simple Action Send Mail problem

I have an Agent using a simple action to send mail. However when I try to send the mail to a group within my server address book I am unable to find the group name. I go into the address book of the server and its there. When I try to pull up the directory I am unable to see my servers address book directory for the agent.

in the Send Mail Message of the simple acction lists a “To” field

I click on the person icon to select the group a window pops up for seleting names, lists Directory and a Drop down, however the server address book is not a selection in this directory drop down. Any ideas how to get it listed?

When the address book window pops up, it defaults to your local address book- make sure to change it to your server’s address book. When I do it on 7.2, it brings up the groups/people on the server NAB

That’s the problem I am having, its not listing the servers address book, its only give me the local one.

in your location doc, make sure recipient name type ahead is enabled and set to “Local then Server” and not just Local.
