Please help me. I have an agent that is called in a button using lotus script.
When you look at the agent it is on schedule Never and disabled, the reason being it is being called by another agent that runs several other agents.
Could the reason that the agent in the button is not working be due to the fact the the agent is on schedule never and disabled?
Please let me know.

If you use agent list selection, remember to add parenthesis to the name of agent. If it is called “agent” the calling agent will need to call “(agent)”. I personally use “never” like you do.

No. If an agent is called by another agent “never” is a good choice. The schedule of embedded agents is not used for anything, the calling agent determines the schedule.
