Agent not running

Hi,

We are receiving the following error in Domino Administrator under Server>Monitoring every week or so. The error is “AMgr: Error executing agent ‘Automated_Mail_Forward_to_Coordinators’ in ‘Mail\DTCT1.nsf’: You are not authorised to perform that operation”.

I have checked the said agent in the mail file and ‘user’ for that mail for is listed as having default access to view and run the agent.

This has been happening for a few weeks now, so why is this error still appearing and what else should I be checking to fix it?

Subject: Agent not running

The error is not that the agent cannot be executed, but that the agent attempts to execute an operation, that the signer of the agent is not allowed to.
