Agent Manager Hung

Hi All,

I’ve got a scheduled agent that runs every 5 mins. It appears to be hung.

I see the entry in the server process list :

Agent Manager Executive ‘1’: Running agent ‘XYZ’

in ‘’

  1. I try to quit agent manager not not able to quit,its not showing any error.

  2. I try to stop or restart agent manager from server task,but still not able to stop.

But it’s actually not executing. I rebooted the server and that appears

to have allowed it to execute but then it hung again. I tried issuing a

‘quit’ to the Amgr task but nothing happens. When I try and read the

agent log, it throws the “agent has never been run before” dialog.

When i load on server console it show " Load amgr

We can not restart this server every time,

Any ideas what I could look at?

We would need more information, and this might require a call in to Support.

  1. Has this agent ever worked before? If so, what changed?

  2. Do any other agents work, or do all scheduled agents fail and hang up?

On domino server,we have munbers of agent.out of these agent one Schedule agent which run every 2 minute interval,

initially its working,but now agent manager got hung when this agent running,if agent manager got hung then all other agent are also not working.
