Agent delayed 20 seconds

I assume that this log entry is from the use of the rdebug server task:

03/30/2004 10:18:35 AM Agents delayed 20 seconds to provide an opportunity for the remote debugger to attach.

03/30/2004 10:18:55 AM Agents delayed 20 seconds to provide an opportunity for the remote debugger to attach.

03/30/2004 10:19:46 AM Agents delayed 20 seconds to provide an opportunity for the remote debugger to attach.

03/30/2004 10:20:06 AM Agents delayed 20 seconds to provide an opportunity for the remote debugger to attach.

It seems as though this is slowing down my server agent execution. I stopped the rdebug task, and bounced the amgr task, but I am still getting this behavior. Anyone seen this and know how to stop it? Or know it effects on delayed agent execution?

Try removing the time delay form your Address Book or chacke the notes.ini

This message tells you have debugger turned on, and each and every single agent is pausing 20 seconds before the start of the agent. Turn off the debugger in the server record. Stopping the task is not enough.
