I have created New Agent with trigger ‘On event - After new mails arrived’. But it is not triggering when new mail arrives automatically. If you run the Agent manually it is working.
Where is the problem? I

Your agent needs to be shared. Also, you need to have access to run agents. Check with admin on server doc settings.
