departments they are in. I want to have an agent (below) notify the departmet managers, in a view, and send them an email so they can audit their employees. I also would like the department managers to reply from the email, that would have a question or two confirming they have checked their employess/accounts and repy to the IT department. Any ideas/suggestions?
