hiwe had an agent problem with two mailin-databases for two of our office locations (Mailin-Addresses like location1@ourdomain.de and location2@ourdomain.de).
Incoming mails were forwarded to responsible users by mailsend-action of an agent fired on “After new mail is delivered”.
In addition there ran a rule for moving unwanted mails to the JunkMail-Folder.
In both locations the agent stopped working and in the agent protocol there was an error-message like “…document was deleted…”.
In order to restart the agent we had to deactivate the JunkMail-Rule in both locations. Now it works again but without additional rule. May be the problem started upgrading both servers from 8.0.2 to 8.5.1 FP1.
Should we have the heart to reactivate the rule?
Someone experienced similar problems with agents and rules interacting?
