I have an agent that run when “After new mail has arrived”. I just got a new email, but the agent did not run! Does an agent of this type would run on the notes client or there is something I am doing wrong?

“After new mail” is not immediate (like “before new mail”), it’s actually scheduled and selects only newly-delivered documents since the last run.

Mail does not get delivered to a client, so it can only run on a server.
“2. How long will it take to run after my new email arrived?”
The default configuration is to initially run immediately, then no more often than once a minute thereafter. (My experience shows that immediately equals about two minutes, though.)
