We have created one agent to send the auto response to customers , but when this agent is triggered the mail it is sending the repose from as Serer name not the id from the mail has been triggered.
Subject: After New Mail has Arrived
The email will come from the id that signed the agent. Sign the agent with the ID file that you want the email to come from and it should work.
