Hi there,
we recently migrated a server to 6.5.1 IF1.
When now a user sends a mail to someone with an internet-address which has been saved in the personal addressbook, the user gets the message:
“Lotus Notes: Color palette could not be created” (translated from german).
When the user types in the address manually (same internet-address) the message will not occur.
The difference is, that in the first mail the user is addressed via Name (through the personal NAB) and in the second mail, the mail-address is typed in manually.
Has anybody an idea what this could be?
We allready checked the setting in the user-preferences “Use Web palette” - this was not the reason.
