The db has a web form where users can request the creation of new documents. One user reports that on occasion, maybe 50% of the time, the submission immediately returns an empty page. There is no error in the browser, and I see no document created on the server. I am tempted to say this is a local issue for the user, but have no explanation nor a suggestion for resolution. Any ideas on a possible cause, and how to diagnose?
