since updating server and clients to 8.0.2, users can no longer refresh the design on their mail files.

Do your users have the ‘Advanced Menus’ checked under ‘View?’ I have 8.0.2 just installed and I can refresh my mail file design no problem. Gotta have those advanced menus available first, however.

Yes the users have the advanced menus. It appears that part of the refresh works, but then errors out, stating the user does is not authorized to execute the command.
