Advice with time estimation?

Hi All,

Soon I will be modifying the mail and iNotes templates, and applying the new design to the mail boxes of 1200 users, I need to submit an estimate for the time needed to do this, can someone advice me because i have not done this before, I want to know how much time does it take to apply the modification on the users mail boxes.

And If i want to back up the mail files first how long would it take?

All you have to do is copy the new template to each of your mail servers. The update of user’s mailfiles is managed automatically by the Design task on the server. I’d estimate 5 minutes per mail server.

Can’t advise you on backup since I don’t know what your procedures are.
