Advice needed regarding a Traveler device that keeps needing to be reset

I have a Traveler user who up to twice a week needs to have his iPhone reset on the Traveler server using “tell traveler reset deviceID username”. The user is current on his iOS patching, and has a one year old device. Should I delete the device from the Traveler server, and add him back to the server, or is the problem possibly with the device itself? tell traveler reset processes quickly, and causes synching to occur.

… maybe is there something going on with the profile not being understood to be the same by both the iOS app and the server?

I don’t really know. It may be the profile is perfectly fine. Someone with experience could probably tell you more.
