Hi, My application is facing performance problem and gets normal if I restart the domino server once, we maintain the server during every sunday.
But still on friday it is facing performance issue, Need to convey to my business about the advantages that will happen because of server restarting on daily baisis during out of office hours.

Well, let’s see - the (dis)advantages are -
Your server is unavailable for 5-15 minutes.
Documents your users left open in edit mode will more frequently end up as save conflicts.
You have to schedule your backup around the restart.
You could miss incoming e-mail if this server runs SMTP
uhm…I could probably keep going.
Better to find the source of the performance problem and fix it rather than to restart the server ever more frequently.
