We Have Adsync on a DC with the Notes Admin Client. Works perfect 
Brought up a new/another DC With the same version admin client connection to the same server using the same id file. we get the error “You are not a Registration Authority for the server.”
If we open the Notes Admin client on the new DC, we can work around the Domino server with no issues.
Any Ideas? Thanks.
