ADSync doesn't synchronize UserPassword (AD) field HTTPPAssword field (Notes)

Hi,

I've been installed AD and configured it to synchronized the AD user password with Notes user Internet Password.

So, in the Lotus AD Options, Field mapping tab, I link the two field : userPassword <=>HTTPPassword / or dspHTTPPassword

I start synchronization : it work for the other field except for this.

===== News :

I have another box who appears today :

It asked me to enter the common password for AD and Notes Internet Password.

But this is a problem for me. Because only AD administrator can do this. And the problem is password expired after 3 month. So people can enter new password. So if each time I want to syncrhonized, ADSync asked me to enter the user common password, the admin don’t have this information and he couldn’t do that for thousand of person.

Anyhelp is welcomed.

Please see my responses to the prior posts. The short story is that ADSync cannot be used to synchronize passwords in the manner you are attempting.
