Subject: AdminP
From Administrator help:
Tell Adminp Process All:
Processes all new and modified immediate, interval, daily, and delayed requests.
This command doesn’t override timed requests execution time.
Tell Adminp Process New:
Processes all new requests.

Subject: Tell AdminP process all - don’t do it
Tell AdminP process all can cause a backup of tasks to process, plus can flood a stressed system with the normal Sunday morning delayed (Reader and Author field) requests. Unless you’re shutting down a server for maintenance, do not use this.
If you need to jumpstart AdminP, use
tell adminp process new
followed by
tell adminp process daily
and if you have the CPU cycles at the time,
tell adminp process delayed
See the AdminP FAQ at http://www.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?rs=463&uid=swg21212760 for more details
