Are you seeing request documents in admin4.nsf not being processed? You generally won’t see any console activity when running Adminp commands, so make sure you’re troubleshooting a real problem.

Is the Administration Server for your Admin Requests database set to the domino server you are expecting it to run from?

You’ll find this setting in the Advanced sectiono in the ACL of the Admin Requests database.

Are you sure the person has confirmed the name-change request?

Subject: RE: Adminp totally not responding

Yep… i also force the adminp to move user from the “name move request”

but it also cannot run.

Ensure that the ID file was updated. If it was not, then they have not logged in to accept the change. Also ensure that the location document’s domain field is set correctly.

HI Chad ^^yes… the administrator ID that i am using is the most powerful ID

and all the location document domain field is set correctly. i already double check many times.

But some how the admip still no respond.

so i am wondering are there any way to create a brand new adminp process? (admin4.nsf)

Subject: For a certifier change, there’s a manual step you’re missing

When you initiate a move from Certifier A to Certifier B, then the initial move is performed by someone with access to the certifier id for Certifier A, but there’s a second step that needs to be completed by someone with access to Certifier B.

The whole process is documented in Domino Admin Help (this link is for Domino 8, but it’s much the same in 6.5)
