Administrator receives multiple copies of backup ID several times daily

Now I need some more explanation how to recover from this situation: if I cannot determine which Id the user is using and if it is outdated or not, CAN I give him a new fresh ID that can solve the problem? HOW?

I have this problem on 3 users out of 60… cna anyone help me?

Subject: no solution

I tried to download a fresh ID from the BackupID database and install in user’s Workstation, but the problem is still there…

any solutions/suggestion?
