Hello friends,

I have a user and their ID needs to be recertified.

In the Admin client, I go to People & Groups → People → Recertify…

I then get the message:

“Could not open the Administration Request database on the registration server: Special database object cannot be located”

It appears that AdminP is running on the server, but I’ve noticed that I don’t have an Admin4.nsf database on my server. I suspect this is a problem.

How can I create an Admin4.nsf database?

Suggestion is if the db is not on the server pull a replica copy from another server. I would suggest you stop tge admin task on the server before creating the new admin4.nsf db.
