we have a group called notes admins in full access administrators field in server doc. I added a person to the group but the person can’t see all the admin features.

How long ago did you add them? Sometimes changes to groups can take a couple of hours to take effect. Most effcient way to get the changes to take effect is to restart the server but that usually isn’t a popular choice in a production environment.

The server only checks which groups you belong to when you enter your password, so get the user to shut down their client, or at least F5 and reauthenticate.
Then it should work for them.
