When I Delete Person from the company directory, it is supposed to create an Administrative Pending Task that I can approve in 30 days to delete the email database, in keeping with our policy. This was working fine since our 3/1 upgrade. Lately, there is no task created for deleting the database, and there are many entries in the Admin database with “Unrecognized Request” and some 3-digit number on them. This may correspond to my having been upgraded to XP. Admin software was re-installed on XP, new machine. Is anyone aware of Admin problems with 6.5.1 and Windows XP? At the time of the deletion, there is no error or anything, everything appears to be fine. Thank you.
