Hi

We have just upgraded to the 8.52 version…

I am using WINXP and the requests done by me - are inside the Administration Requests DB…

However my colleague who is using WIN7, the requests done by him - are not found inside the DB…

Can someone advise me why is that so? How to rectify this? As I might be upgrading to WIN7 soon…

Subject: Need more information. Have not seen/heard any Win7 specific issue.

Is this an issue only with a particular colleague. Have you tried with other users? Wondering if the request is not getting routed correctly.
