Hi!I’m trying to find Notes Administrator 8.0.2 (Swedish). I thought I saw it earlier on IBM Passport but now I can’t find it anymore!?

You could try searching on the following Part Numbers (depending on whether you are looking for the Upgrade or just the Install)
-IBM Lotus Notes Client 8.0.2 for Windows XP and Vista Swedish (C1RW9SV)
-IBM Lotus Notes+Designer 8.0.2 Clients basic configuration Windows XP and Vista Swedish (C1MF2SV)
-IBM Lotus Notes Client 8.0.2 basic configuration for Windows XP and Vista Swedish (C1MB5SV)
-IBM Lotus Notes Client Upgrade Kit 8.0.x to 8.0.2 Windows XP and Vista Swedish (C1P3LSV)
-IBM Lotus Notes Client basic configuration Upgrade Kit 8.0.x to 8.0.2 Windows XP and Vista Swedish (C1P2RSV)
I do see your point in that none of the descriptions explicitly state that they include the Admin Client. I would suggest trying to download the C1MF2SV kit. However, if all else fails, you can call into the Passport Advantage Team and they can help you. You can contact them at 1-800-978-2246.
