I have a user that needs his default email listed in the To: line changed back to his work email address, however every email the user received has his old ATT address…anyone know a way to have the correct email show up?.
I have a picture i can email if needed so you can see what i mean.
in the location doc on his pc the correct email address is listed.
I cant get to the personal doc on the server, His system admin will have to look at that.
This all started happening after he removed his rule we made to forward his email when it came in to his blackberry since his company would not pay a blackberry connection.
so It makes me think that he has replied to emails on his BB and the recipients from work have that blackberry address stored as the primary contact for him and when they reply its sending their email to the blackberry address…which is inactive.
I tested it again and he gets the correct email when I reply from my outside gmail account and other accounts I have setup outside his corporate system.
In lotus does it look first at the personal address book then corporate when replying to an email??
I’m thinking that this could be the issue if other people from his work reply and have his old att blackberry address saved in their personal address book?
